职位描述

  1. Prepares fabrication of die cut mold flat and rotary blade.
  2. Carries out the repair, replacement and maintenance of die cut tooling blades.
  3. Conducts checking and monitoring of the status and condition of all diec ut tooling materials.
  4. Check outsource die cut blade delivery.
  5. Receives and reviews references in making die cutting material such as PDRF, mechanical drawing, artwork or factory card and other references relevant to completing the process.
  6. Determines the requirement for the type of die cut tooling blade; platen/flatbed or rotary
  7. Check/reviews the completeness of materials and tools needed for the fabrication/making of die cut tooling blade; (cutting knives, wood, rubber ejector/foam, adhesives, rubber mallet, etc.).
  8. Initiates to Purchase Request of materials needed for die cut making.
  9. Conducts proper segregation of die cut blade.
  10. Release die cut blade needed for production schedule.
  11. Informs/submits newly fabricated die cut tooling blade/materials to PDS Head for checking before releasing to production.
  12. Maintains cleanliness of the work area.
  13. Perform other related jobs as assigned

职位要求

  • Education : High School Graduate
  • Experience : 1-3 years experience in Die cut Making  
  • Training : Box Technicalities
  • Skills : Skilled in Manufacturing Company
