Provides assistance to the Production Head. Supervise all Production Leadmen, organizes and monitors the effective and efficient production work flow.
Gathers all data coming from daily production report, summary report and transfer to process monitoring
Submit monthly production report.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Conducts interview on all production applicants and conducts orientation for all incoming trainees.
Coordinates with HRD and agency coordinators with problems regarding casual workers.
Understands and analyze the risk factors in production operations to enable discuss necessary actions for improvements.
Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the proper used of equipment and resources.
Performs other tasks that maybe assigned time to time.

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Must have strong organizational and leadership skills.
Highly motivated and a team player.
Amenable to work in Lawang Bato, Valenzuela City.
