The Production Team Leader role is mainly to implement the processes and practice across the organization.

The specific duties of Production Team Leader include formulating day-to-day strategy, monitoring performance of production, monitoring inventory levels and reporting such to Top Management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate way.
• Monitoring operational concerns as assistance to Operations Manager
• Improve operations of production and monitor employee productivity.
• Approval of Daily Accomplishment Report of Workers
• Monitoring of scrap items for the production process handled
• Preparation and reporting of work related accident, if any
• Monitor delivery of purchased materials (local and imported), plan inventory and oversee
• warehouse efficiency.
• Reporting to Top Management all issues relating to Operations.
• 5s and cleanliness of LGSI office and warehouse.
