职位描述

  • Manage on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control assessments.
  • Prepare site reports and documentation for project management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and challenges.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction and site management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CAD and SketchUp, strong project planning and execution abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor work at construction sites, occasionally in office settings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
