职位描述

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases
  • Identify and document defects and issues
  • Develop test plans, execute tests, and document results.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure quality standards
  • Perform regression testing and automation
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews and audits
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Maintain testing documentation and reporting

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Quality Control, Data Analysis, Quality Management, Quality Auditing, and Lean Production methodologies.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct audits, analyze data for trends, implement quality improvements, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for onsite audits and inspections.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
