Job Title: Junior QA

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA to join our growing team. As a Junior QA, you will assist in testing and validating the quality of our online casino platform, including games, payment systems, and user features.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in executing test plans for casino games, payment gateways, user account systems, and game engines under the guidance of senior QA staff.
2. Participate in QA activities for new game launches, platform updates, and third-party game integrations.
3. Support the creation and execution of test cases for web, mobile, and API components.
4. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior QA team members to identify, report, and track defects.
5. Perform functional and regression testing to ensure product quality.
6. Help verify Random Number Generator (RNG) outputs and ensure fairness in game functionality.
7. Learn and apply QA processes in compliance with gaming regulations (e.g., PAGCOR).
8. Continuously improve QA skills and contribute to team quality goals.

1. Basic understanding of QA principles and good customer service practices.
2. Professional, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
4. Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple assignments.

If you are:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in QA or a related role
3. Familiarity with online casino platforms and basic QA testing practices.
4. Exposure to automation tools is a plus but not required.
5. Awareness of compliance and regulatory standards is a bonus.
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Experience or familiarity with testing payment systems or game integrations is an advantage.
