  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyze processes and report findings to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify trends in quality issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management reviews. aa

职位要求

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any course
  • At least 1 year of audit work experience involving calls, files, and processes. Also, engaged in operations calls for onboarding, training, calibration, performance evaluation, coaching, and data management within the BPO industry.
  • Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be customer service-oriented and detail-oriented
  • Must be flexible, organized, adaptable, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be comfortable working on-site; Night shift
