Position: Recruitment Staff

Work Location: Quezon City

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule (5 working days with 2 consecutive days off)

Salary: 15,000- 20,000

Work Set-Up: Work on Site

- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using social media and databases.

- Encode candidate’s profile information to the database.

- Screen candidates resume and qualities.

- Conducts assessments and initial Interview.

- Send and submit documents of applicants to clients via email.

- Arrange the client’s needs regarding the applicant’s requirements.

- Coordinate with clients about their needs for hiring.

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Good communication skills—both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and highly organized in handling applicant records and documents
• Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online job platforms
• Willing to be trained and learn recruitment systems and strategies
• Can work independently and as part of a team
