职位描述

  • Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, train staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain standards.
  • Supervise daily operations and staff management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Address complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: No specific degree required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in restaurant operations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, teamwork, operations management, inventory management, computer literacy, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
