Responsible for developing and managing client relationships.
Identify sales opportunities and generate leads.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and support teams to enhance client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain customer relationships, conduct market analysis, deliver presentations, and achieve sales targets.

Required with vehicle and can drive
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
Reports to Territory Sales Manager
Working location: Cebu and Davao
Salary: 20k to 25k with allowance and commission
Working schedule: Monday to Saturday (full-time and urgent)
Required with vehicle and existing clients
With existing projects, contact in Developers, Group of Architects, Engineers and Shops
Must complete requirements and can start in 1 week
Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Competitor Analysis, Public Speaking, Customer Relationship Management, both B2B and B2C sales, CRM software, and MS Office. Driving skills are essential.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with travel to client sites as necessary.
Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, persuasive, results-driven, and adaptable.
