Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies to promote beauty products across various channels.
Manage and grow the brand’s presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others relevant to the beauty industry.
Create content ideas for promotions, campaigns, and product highlights (photos, captions, reels, etc.).
Monitor trends in the beauty industry and competitor activity to guide marketing efforts.
Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators for collaborations.
Organize and execute marketing events, launches, and in-store promotions.
Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure aligned messaging and branding.
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports for management.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.

Graduate of BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course
With at least 2 - 3 of experience in marketing or related roles
Familiarity with TikTok and ecommerce platforms is a big plus!
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends & branding strategies
Proficiency in tools like Canva and Photoshop is an advantage
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing campaigns
Proven experience in content creation and cross-team collaboration
Can start ASAP
Willing to work on Monday to Saturday
