职位描述

1. Contact care:

  • Ask about the status of operations,
  • Quality of components supplied
  • Request a goods deployment plan
  • Introducing new products,... 2. Receiving quote requests:
  • Confirm specifications and clarify customer requirements.  3. Processing quote request information
  • Search and clarify information for special goods.
  • Search for Maker, goods that meet customer requirements (repair jobs, improvements, special goods)
  • Create price quotes for Kazuo products
  • Create request on Misa system
  • Register working procedures and survey at customers
  • Survey requirements at customers 4. Competing/negotiating
  • Confirm competitive price request/target price
  • Search for information related to competitors, or the price customers are buying
  • Request and send competitive quotes 5.Receive purchase order
  • Confirm orders, confirm order progress 6. Order processing
  • Register work plans at customers
  • Bringing contractors and manufacturers to customers (for repair and improvement jobs)
  • Delivery (in case the customer needs a delivery date)  7. Handling arising problems, delays, slow delivery,
  • Confirm problem information
  • Create request to handle NG/issue
  • Confirm processing plan and processing time
  • Report problems/problems, discuss problems with customers"

职位要求

  • Good in communication
  • Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer or
  • With Experience in Sales from Industrial or Mechanical industry
  • Willing to be assigned in Isabela, Philippines
