  • Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies.
  • Support the analysis of sales data to identify trends.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inventory management.
  • Help prepare visual displays and promotional materials.
  • Participate in market research to assess consumer preferences.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in merchandising or retail.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management, teamwork, sales management, and strong communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in inventory tracking, support sales team, maintain product displays, and communicate with suppliers.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require weekend or holiday shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about retail.
