  1. To achieve sales target for parts/services of the company.
  2. To ensure warranty coverage/enrollment of all qualified equipment distributed by the company.
  3. Check on status of all distributed 201 file for equipment distributed or handled by the equipment maintenance team.
  4. Maintain equipment 201 file for equipment distributed or handled by the equipment maintenance team.
  5. Regularly coordinate with other Operations department personnel and ensure efficient service delivery for customer requirements.
  6. Establish goodwill and maintain good relations with customers and principals under his/her jurisdiction.
  7. Maintain reporting systems required by management.
  8. Identify training opportunities and, as necessary, document issues and constructively discusses corrective action, as needed, with Operations Manager.
  9. Conduct Quality Management System prescribed procedures, track issues and issue resolution for detected non-conformances to ensure all works is properly completed and is in accordance with the ISO, Company and Government safety and compliance procedures.
