职位描述

  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
  • Handle minor carpentry, painting, and other general repairs.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs or installations.
  • Keep maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment in good working condition

职位要求

  • With at least 1 year experience as electrician
  • With knowledge in roughing ins/wiring
  • With knowledge in EMT and Cable Tray
  • HS Graduate or vocational with certificate
  • With experience in plumbing, carpentry, welding, electrical and general works
  • Willing to be assigned in Cainta Rizal
