Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Your role involves meticulously planning, scheduling, and executing projects related to Office 365 deployments and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: You are responsible for resolving complex technical issues related to Office 365 environments, requiring quick thinking and strategic decision-making to maintain system integrity.

- Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and offer guidance on utilizing Office 365 tools effectively, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing Office 365 in enterprise environments with diverse user bases.
- Holding advanced certifications like Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals AZ-900
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI integration in Office 365, automation tools, and knowledge of industry-specific software.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling IT operations, global deployment of Office 365, or implementing process improvements.
- Active participation in industry conferences/trainings.
- Proficiency in additional languages to facilitate global collaboration if required.
