2. Responsible for the legal work in the company's daily operations;

3. Familiar with the laws and regulations of the financial industry, and provide legal compliance opinions on the company's business and product plans;

4. Review, draft, and revise various contracts and legal documents;

5. Familiar with the KYC compliance process of the blockchain industry, and prepare relevant materials to provide support for the business department

1. 本科及以上学历，法学、法律相关专业；
2. 3年以上金融机构法务岗位工作经验，或在律师事务所为上述公司提供法律咨询服务；
3. 熟悉区块链行业合规流程；英语良好，可作为工作语言；
4. 具备良好的适应能力、分析能力、沟通能力和写作能力。
5. 巴西人亦可，会中文更佳。

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in law or law related;

2. More than 3 years of working experience in legal affairs of financial institutions, or providing legal consulting services to the above companies in law firms;

3. Familiar with the compliance process of blockchain industry; good English, can be used as working language;

4. Have good adaptability, analytical ability, communication ability and writing ability.

5. Brazilians are welcome, knowing Chinese is a plus.
