الوصف

  • Lead and manage account teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and implement effective marketing solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in account management or customer service roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent people skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, resolve client issues, and ensure overall account success.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional client meetings; must handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, team player, detail-oriented, proactive in addressing challenges.
