الوصف

  1. Project Coordination:
  • Assist in project planning, ensuring designs align with client goals and regulations.
  • Manage logistics and site organization.
  1. Site Supervision:
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Guide contractors to follow architectural plans.
  1. Compliance & Quality Control:
  • Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.
  • Oversee quality control to maintain construction standards.
  1. Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between the design team and construction team.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  1. Budget & Schedule Management:
  • Track project progress, keeping it on schedule and within budget.
  • Address scope changes or delays.
  1. Safety & Problem-Solving:
  • Ensure site safety and resolve technical issues promptly.
  1. Final Inspection & Handover:
  • Conduct final inspections and ensure project completion for client handover.
  1. Willing to be assign on different location

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with site visits; may require long hours to meet project deadlines.
  • Qualities and Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, effective communicator, and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to relocate
