Job Title: Hospice Quality Assurance Nurse

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a detail-oriented Hospice QA Nurse to ensure our patients receive high-quality care and our documentation meets all regulatory standards. You will review patient charts, coordinate IDG meetings, and work closely with the care team to maintain compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review patient charts from nurses, social workers, chaplains, and aides to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and support IDG (Interdisciplinary Group) meetings, ensuring care plans are up to date.
• Identify documentation issues and communicate with staff to correct them.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and hospice regulations.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Nursing
• Has active PRC RN license
• Hospice experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and hospice regulations
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus
