  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve product issues and inquiries in a timely manner.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent English language skills, strong customer service orientation, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, may involve shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
