• Responsible for overseeing, managing and administering of our employees’ Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Rewards and Recognition Programs
• Develop programs to improve performance, engagements, and satisfactions of employees
• Carry out any assigned delegated assignment by the Unit Head

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
• 2 years general experience

Skills:

• Strong understanding of payroll processes and benefits administration
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance requirements.
