المتطلبات

  • Job Title: Retail Sales Associate
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in retail sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, marketing, inventory management, teamwork, branding, public speaking, sales training, and customer management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with customers, manage inventory, assist in sales training, and promote brand awareness.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment; may require evening and weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively.
