Document Archiving. Organisations realise that storing paper in filing cabinets for long-term retention is no longer a viable business practice. Redmap's archiving tool allows users to scan the paper document or import emails or other electronic documents. These documents are then accessible via the web and searchable by the keywords (added during filing) or any word within the document.
