Starcrete Manufacturing Corporation was established in 2010 as part of the growing expansion of Quality-Star Group of Companies to fulfil and keep up with the increasing market needs and expand our reach into other regions in the Philippines. Today, with over 32 years of manufacturing experience, both companies have remained one of the most reliable and dependable brand names for quality concrete products.
