The outstanding product of Konica Minolta is supported by U-Bix pioneered Lifetime Free Service Guarantee and the two-hour response time to customer service that run for seven days a week from 7AM to 7PM. Over the years, U-Bix evolved into an integrated office system and service provider by acquiring distributorship for Riso Digital Duplication and Okamura Office Furniture Systems. In August 2007, U-Bix purchased the Kodak Imaging Center (KIC) that specializes in document and microfilm scanning, document management system, data capture, and variable printing services. As it approaches its 50th anniversary, U-Bix Corporation has emerged further to other businesses such as hotels, resorts, banking, coffee roasting, and e-commerce.
