About VQUAD Multi-Purpose Cooperative is a NON PROFIT that has been catering to various and well-known corporations in the Philippines for their manpower pooling. Transforming workers into a worker-entrepreneur and treating companies as customers and not Employers – is what the COOPERATIVE has Endeavored with among its owner-members. With V-QUAD MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE, and as entrepreneurs, workers will find gainful and productive work and at the same time take control of their working lives. While companies will now find a partner who could provide them the ‘services’ (non-core functions) they need at all times without establishing an employer-employee relationship and can now engage such services as long as they need them in their day-to-day business activities. THEREBY, enhancing workers productivity and improving corporate competitiveness. VISION STATEMENTS Believing that providing continuous engagement of services to the members will improve their living conditions and the quality of their working lives. Believing that addressing problems of unemployment in the community where our members belong will contribute to its progress and growth. Believing that continuous learning and training will enhance knowledge, skills, and growth. Believing that establishing harmonious and solid relationship can be a guiding principle in economic stability, industrial peace, and progress in every business. Believing that providing consistent, productive, quality-oriented and desirable services will enhance over-all effectiveness and competitiveness.
