Job Description:

• Input product information into the e-commerce platform (name, description, price, photos, and other details).
• Ensure that the uploaded data is accurate and complies with company standards.
• Update product information in case of changes in price, stock, or description.
• Remove products that are no longer available or relevant.
• Ensure that stock data on the e-commerce platform matches the actual inventory.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock updates.
• Ensure that product photos, descriptions, and specifications adhere to brand guidelines.
• Identify and correct errors in the uploaded data.
• Prepare periodic reports on uploaded products, stock, and sales.
• Provide recommendations for data improvement if necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school/vocational school graduate, D3, or S1 (preferably in Administration, Accounting, or a relevant field).
• Experience as an e-commerce admin or data entry for at least 1 year is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data processing.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or Shopify.
• High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work with large volumes of data.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Results-oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Able to communicate effectively, especially with related teams such as warehouse and marketing.
• Proactive in seeking solutions if there are data issues.
• Stable internet access if working remotely.
• Willing to work with online-based systems and digital platforms.
