• Oversee financial operations of real estate and syndication activities, including tracking income, expenses, and cash flow, and preparing financial statements and forecasts.
• Manage loan transactions and financial reporting, ensuring all loan details are accurately recorded and analyzed.
• Present financial data clearly and concisely, offering actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in real estate and syndication accounting, with loan management experience highly desirable.
• Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information understandably.
