  • 1. Office & Administrative Support
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and office documents.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • 2. Scheduling & Coordination
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes when necessary.
  • Coordinate with different departments for office-related tasks.
  • 3. Data Entry & Documentation
  • Input and manage data in spreadsheets, databases, and company systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure proper documentation.
  • 4. Customer & Employee Support
  • Assist with employee requests, onboarding, and basic HR functions.
  • Respond to client and vendor inquiries in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience in administrative support, office management, or a related role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
