Web3 Business Manager in Indonesia (based in Indonesia)

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead collaboration discussions for the company's Web3 projects in Indonesia, deeply exploring business resources in the Indonesian Web3 sector;

2. Promote Web3 industry collaboration in Indonesia, expanding localized business scenarios and partner networks;

3. Responsible for recruiting project parties for the agent incubation platform in Indonesia;

4. Maintain relationships with partners to ensure smooth collaboration and achieve business objectives;

Job Requirements

1. Indonesian nationality with Chinese as a working language, or Chinese individuals with several years of experience in the Web3 industry in Indonesia;

2. More than 2 years of experience in the Web3 industry in Indonesia, familiar with the local market environment and resources;

3. Proven experience in business development, skilled in connecting with traffic providers, development teams, and other collaborative resources, with strong negotiation abilities;

4. Understanding of AI Agent-related fields, capable of clearly conveying product value and driving collaboration;

5. Strong stress resistance, able to respond quickly to market changes, with the ability to achieve breakthroughs from 0 to 1 and collaborate across cultures.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Possession of a network of local Web3 traffic KOLs, influencers, or AI Agent development resources in Indonesia;

2. Familiarity with Indonesia's payment systems and regulatory policies in the Web3 industry;

3. Experience in business development for Web3 or AI-related projects in Indonesia, successfully promoting resource onboarding collaborations.
