As a Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating, managing, and growing brand communities through compelling content, social media engagement, and data-driven strategies.
  • Content Creation & Brand Voice:
  • Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar to maintain a consistent brand presence.
  • Create engaging and shareable content for blogs, newsletters, promotional videos, and social media.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all platforms, maintaining an authentic and engaging tone.
  • Community Engagement & Growth:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the online community and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, messages, and comments on social platforms.
  • Plan and execute community initiatives and programs to strengthen brand engagement.
  • Identify and pursue new marketing and outreach opportunities to expand audience reach.
  • Social Media Strategy & Performance Analysis:
  • Oversee social media campaigns, tracking performance and analyzing web traffic with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with PR teams and journalists to ensure accurate brand representation in media.
  • Participate in corporate events, workshops, and networking opportunities to enhance community engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a communications, marketing, or PR role.
  • Ability to create engaging, original, and shareable content across multiple platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and web performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, and CoSchedule for content planning and scheduling; Sprout Social, Discord, and Facebook Groups for community engagement and moderation
  • Strong problem-solving and judgment skills to navigate online brand interactions.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or similar certifications is a plus.
