Description
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for various computer systems.
- Perform upgrades and installations of computer components.
- Provide technical support to clients both in-person and remotely.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and services provided.
- Stay updated on new technologies and repair techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in computer repair.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in computer hardware and peripherals troubleshooting and repair.
- Working Conditions: Typically in a service center, may involve occasional weekend work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem solver, strong communication skills, and customer-focused.
- Willing to work in Malabon
