- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and courtesy.
- Deliver accurate details regarding company products, services, and policies.
- Support customers with billing concerns, complaints, technical issues, and order requests.
- Provide effective solutions to customer needs while demonstrating empathy and positivity.
- Record all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate higher-level support teams.
- Consistently meet performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards.
- Stay informed and updated on company offerings, services, and promotions.
- Must be 18 to 54 years old
- With or without BPO or any customer service experience are welcome
- Willing to work On-Site (willing to relocate is a plus)
- With good english communication skills (basic english will do)
