As a Healthcare CSR, you will:

• Handle inbound calls from patients or healthcare providers
• Provide accurate information about benefits, eligibility, and medical claims
• Guide customers through policy coverage and next steps
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and data privacy regulations
• Uphold service quality and professionalism in every interaction

What You’ll Get:
