Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email about loan products and application status
Guide customers through the loan process, including explaining documentation requirements
Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and care
Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce)
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and follow up on resolution
Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights for improvement
Review documents and input data into the CRM and internal platforms

At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
US Mortgage (Real Estate) experience strongly preferred
High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and able to learn new tools quickly
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and handling multi-line phone systems
