Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email about loan products and application status
  • Guide customers through the loan process, including explaining documentation requirements
  • Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and care
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and follow up on resolution
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights for improvement
  • Review documents and input data into the CRM and internal platforms

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
  • US Mortgage (Real Estate) experience strongly preferred
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and able to learn new tools quickly
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and handling multi-line phone systems
