Job Description

Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries chat or messaging platforms in both Thai and English.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Understand company products/services to effectively answer questions and resolve concerns.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
  • Translate documents or communications from English to Korean (and vice versa), if needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English can speak thai language
  • Preferably Filipino nationality
  • At least High School graduate or College Level
  • With or without BPO/CSR experience (experience is a plus)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Must have a quiet working environment (for remote setup, if applicable)
  • Can start ASAP
  • Equipment ready for the job.
