Are you passionate about creating positive customer experiences and turning challenges into opportunities? We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who can combine empathy, problem-solving, and product knowledge to ensure every customer feels supported, valued, and confident in their journey with us.


In this role, you’ll not only handle returns, refunds, and cancellations with care, but you’ll also educate customers when it’s helpful—always focusing on trust and satisfaction over pushy sales tactics.

  • Support with empathy: Respond to calls, chats, and emails related to returns, refunds, or cancellations while keeping the process stress-free and professional.
  • Educate with care: Share helpful product insights that guide customers to make informed decisions.
  • Solve problems fast: Find solutions quickly and effectively to protect trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate to improve: Partner with Support, Sales, and Operations teams to enhance processes and reduce issues.
  • Track and grow: Monitor interactions, review feedback, and spot opportunities to elevate customer happiness.
  • Be the customer’s voice: Share valuable insights with leadership to shape policies and improve the overall experience.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience (eCommerce or customer service preferred).
  • Proven track record handling refunds, returns, and cancellations with professionalism.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Shopify, Gorgias, Vonage, or similar).
  • Excellent communication—written and verbal—with the ability to calm challenging situations.
  • Empathy-driven, adaptable, and solution-oriented in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable working toward performance and satisfaction goals.
