We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our growing team and ensure that every client receives support and guidance throughout their wellness journey. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in on-boarding, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, empathetic, and proactive individual with strong communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
  • Support new client on-boarding, guiding them through our fitness & wellness programs and digital tools.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and checking in on progress.
  • Collaborate with the wellness, marketing, and program teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Track client feedback, identify areas of improvement, and suggest enhancements to services.
  • Assist in scheduling wellness sessions, workshops, or consultations when required.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of client communications and updates


Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with empathy and patience.
  • Ability to handle multiple client requests with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support, client relations, or community management is a plus.
  • Interest in health, fitness, or wellness is highly valued.
