Descrição:

  • Document daily administrative tasks; maintain records and files (whether it's a hard copy or electronic copy).
  • Preparation, distribution, and recording of documents.
  • Review the accuracy of all supporting documents before they are forwarded to the concerned team.
  • Control end-to-end process of invoice related activities.
  • Monitor and archive documents related to invoice.
  • Submit and reconcile expense report.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Update the inventory of available supplies and materials; create request if needed supplies.
  • Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work.
  • Draft and respond to emails, letters, and other forms of communication.
  • Schedule and organize meetings and appointments and inform relevant staff regarding the same in a timely manner.

Requisito

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented.
  • Able to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to organize files, maintained records, and schedule appointments.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in paperwork and data entry.
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as copiers and printers.
