Job Description
Description
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and refining the localization business strategy and tactics for the Europe region to achieve the company’s business objectives.
- Responsible for expanding KOL channel partnerships and business relationships in Europe to drive user growth.
- Lead the planning and promotion of various online and offline market activities locally, coordinating with global marketing to ensure consistency in brand promotion.
- Build and manage the local team to ensure the overall revenue or ROI targets are met.
- Assist in enhancing the company’s various business products.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the industry and managing a business development team in Europe.
- Extensive local contacts with spot trading channels and key opinion leader resources, with a strong understanding of local exchange markets and user distribution.
- Data-sensitive with a strong focus on goals and results.
- Driven by ambition, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese with business negotiation proficiency.
