Description
- Design, develop, and maintain facility systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facility projects.
- Analyze and troubleshoot facility-related issues.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in facility management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HVAC, electrical systems, safety regulations, and project management.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with occasional site visits; may require on-call duties.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
