Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s full-cycle accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations and month-end close

• Prepare monthly expense reports, cash flow statements and management financial reports

• Handle day-to-day finance operations such as payments, invoicing and expense reimbursements

• Manage cryptocurrency wallets and on-chain transactions, perform wallet reconciliations and fund tracking

• Monitor overall company expenditures to ensure financial transparency and data accuracy

• Establish and execute budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes

• Design and build the company’s finance architecture, internal controls and related process frameworks

• Provide financial analysis and decision-support to senior management

• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks and other service providers

• Ensure all financial operations comply with UAE laws and regulatory requirements

Position Requirements

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) as primary working languages

• Experience in the cryptocurrency/Web3 industry, with hands-on wallet management

• Strong accounting and finance background

• Prior experience in startups or high-growth companies preferred

• Highly hands-on approach, willing to manage tasks from basic to advanced levels

• Strategic thinker capable of supporting the company’s long-term development financially

• Proficient in Excel and various financial analysis tools

• Experience building finance processes and structures from scratch is a plus

• Based in Dubai; initially remote with willingness to relocate to Dubai for full-time office work
