组织制定和实施技术决策和技术方案，组织架构设计与升级优化，主动查找并修复系统问题，负责相关技术文档建设，积极及时的支持业务方需求
Requisito
3年及以上golang工作经验，计算机软件或相关专业
了解区块链、共识机制、智能合约等底层技术
了解defi行业头部项目经济模型
熟悉golang基础数据结构，goruntime原理，熟悉grpc、微服务开发
熟悉redis，localcache缓存框架技术
熟悉TCP/IP、HTTP协议，进程间通讯，熟悉Unix/Linux下常用架构设计方法
熟悉Unix/Linux操作系统原理，熟练使用shell工具
熟悉Mysql等数据库和SQL调优，有很强的与业务人员的沟通能力，分析问题和解决问题的能力。
