Description

  • Assist with day-to-day operation of the HR/Admin activities.
  • Coordinate HR Projects (meetings, training, etc.) and take a minute.
  • Manage and update HR database with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leave, warning, vacations and days off.
  • Implement a systematic approach towards employee development.
  • Assure that payroll and benefits administration are carried out meticulously.
  • Communicate with employees about challenges that harms their performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Administration Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years work experience in the HR field
  • Knowledge of Government Mandatory Benefits
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • With experience in clerical, administrative work, documentations and general employee relations.
  • Required Skills: organizational, time management and good communication skills
