Description
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings and interviewing.
- Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.
- Supervise the company's building management security and maintenance, including preventive maintenance of assets
- Maintain good tenant relations, address tenant inquiries and concerns, and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Educational degree not required; relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, and facility management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, regular hours
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and team-oriented attitude.
