  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and resume screening.
  • Support employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles
  • Skills and Competencies:Proficient in Recruiting and Employee Relations
  • Strong understanding of Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player with strong interpersonal skills
