Job Description:

1. Organize and participate in the development of the company's information technology strategic planning, team building, and business plans in accordance with the overall strategic development of the company.

2. Responsible for guiding the company's information technology strategy and management requirements, assessing and integrating existing or needed information technology systems, and formulating corresponding plans.

3. Manage the daily operation and optimization of existing information technology systems (such as BPM systems, ERP systems, email systems, data backup, antivirus systems, etc.), improving electronic business processes based on the needs of business departments.

4. Participate in managing suppliers and external resources; manage the budget allocation for IT infrastructure to achieve expected goals.

5. Responsible for formulating procurement selection for relevant equipment and network construction standards, and promoting their implementation.

Job Requirements:

1. A full-time bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field, with over 8 years of management experience.

2. Extensive knowledge and practical experience in IT operation and service management, with a business sensitivity to service levels and related incidents.

3. Strong problem analysis and solving skills, along with good reasoning and logical thinking abilities.

4. Excellent project management capabilities and meticulous organizational planning skills.

5. Integrity, stability, and a strong sense of professionalism.

6. Proficiency in English writing and communication is preferred.
