1.Participate in the drafting and review of the Company's contracts, policies, terms.

2.Assist in responding to regulatory agency reviews and investigations, maintain good communication with regulatory bodies, and handle regulatory affairs promptly.

3.Provide training and education to company employees to enhance their awareness of digital currency laws and compliance requirements.                                   

4.Track global developments and legal trends in the digital currency industry, provide regular reports, and offer advice.

5.Responsible for internal and external corporate transactions, such as equity changes, mergers, and acquisitions.

6.Communicate with the immigration authorities on behalf of the Company and its senior executives.

7.Provide consultation for affiliated companies when their business involves US clients.

Job Requirements:

1.Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, with substantial, direct experience handling US listed companies, international economic laws, and immigration matters.

2.Experience in crypto industry will be given priority

3.Active membership in good standing with New York State Bar and the Texas Stater Bar.

4.Strong skill in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and legal research.

5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

6.Skills in Mandarin speaking will be given priority.
