Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the CSR team located in Ortigas, Pasig
• Resolve escalated inquiries to support customer and client experience
• Implement customer service strategies to ensure account sustainability and expansion

• Candidate must be fluent and proficient in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking)
• 2-5 years of CSR management experience is desired
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills is required
• Able to start onsite as soon as possible.
